To manage the users for your account, click the Cog > Administration > Users

Manage Users

Simply click on one of the user's line items controls: Edit, Permissions, or Delete.

Edit User

Edit the user by clicking on the Edit button.

Current User Permissions

To the left of the line item controls, you can view the current permissions by role for each user.

Select or deselect checkboxes for Financial, Analyst, and/or Developer.

Click the Save button to save your changes.

New Users

  1. Click the + Create New User button.
  2. Enter in the user's name, email address, and select the Admin checkbox only if this user is to be an admin.
  3. Click the Save button.
  4. An email will be sent to the new user's entered email address when the account is created. The user will need to click the confirmation link in that email to verify the user and to choose their account password.
