If you have sent yourself a test email to your work email address and do not see it in your inbox, please use the following steps to troubleshoot: 

  1. Check your junk and/or spam folder 
  2. Send yourself a test to a personal email address 

If you receive the email to your personal email, but not your work email - you can take the following steps: 

  1. Check with your internal IT team if the message appears in a quarantine folder 
  2. Ask your internal IT team to whitelist the following IPs

  • 34.236.215.54
  • 54.164.192.137
  • 54.236.88.247
